Bayou Beauty Bundles offers an array of textures to give our shoppers a variety to choose from. No matter the texture, all of our bundles are long lasting, soft, and double wefted with minimal shedding (depending on upkeep & care). YES! If you are local please contact us. Pick up hours do vary day-to-day so we would recommend contacting us at your earliest connivence. All orders placed online will be shipped out. Contact us directly for pick up.
To receive a full refund you must cancel the order within 24 hours of placing it and/or before the order is processed (depending on which comes first). If the order has been processed or shipped (meaning that one of our workers have already packaged the order and/or dropped it off to be shipped) we will be unable to cancel the order. Curly and wavy hair textures are measured while the hair is stretched/pulled straight.
While this is totally up to the shopper we recommend 2-3 bundles should be sufficient for a proper install.

Hair stylist are only able to fit what your head can hold. You may want three bundles installed but your braid down may be covered with the first 2 bundles. Trust your licensed professional and if you don't…then find a new licensed professional that you can 😇

All placed orders receive a Hair Care Card inclosed in the packaging please reference that card for other tips on caring for your bundles.
YES! We always recommend to avoid using excessive heat (not higher than 400 degrees) and to always use a heat protectant when heat styling. Our hair is 100% human so it should be treated as if you were styling your own.
Please Note: Excessive blow drying or straightening may potentially loosen the initial curl pattern.
We do not recommend using heat higher than 400 on curling or straightening tools when styling your bundles.
Bayou Beauty Bundles have minimal to no shedding. This varies based upon:
Virgin hair bundles, just like natural coils, comb best when soaked with water and a little bit of leave in conditioner. Use that system in the morning for luscious curls or a silky wave throughout your day. If you want the curl to stay tight and crisp apply curling mousse throughout and scrunch curls to give it the extra oumph! At night, lightly wrap your hair into a bun with a large satin scrunchie around it and place your bonnet on top.
YES! Our bundles were selected with the versatility in mind to fit our belles' individual and unique personalities. We recommend that the bundles are colored by a licensed professional prior to being installed and that they are strand tested before dying the whole unit. Virgin hair bundles, just like our natural coils, can be damaged when using chemicals. The hair bleach or dye may potentially cause the hair bundles texture to loosen or alter upon application. Please shampoo (2 times), deep condition, and lightly detangle the bundles after the color service is complete to ensure proper care.
Listed shipping days are only estimates considering that the courier delivering the order has no delays. If your order is taking longer than expected please use your tracking number to track your order on your assigned couriers website. Make sure your address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping information being inputted. If for any reason the shipping address was entered incorrectly, you/the shopper is responsible for any and all new/additional shipping charges.
